PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy defines the rules for collecting, processing and using personal data of Customers obtained by:
JL Atelier (VAT No. 8471608627, REGON 367875777, registered in Warsaw, ul. Freta 39 00-227, Poland), hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”.
§1 PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
Respecting the privacy rights of Customers, the Seller ensures the security of entrusted personal data and processes it in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter referred to as GDPR.
The Seller uses a secure SSL encryption protocol.
The administrator of personal data voluntarily provided to the Seller through Newsletter subscription, Registration and placing orders is JL Atelier (VAT No. 8471608627, REGON 367875777).
The Seller processes personal data necessary for the proper fulfillment of orders, i.e. the Customer’s name and surname, email address, contact phone number and postal address. The Seller contacts the Customer by phone and email.
The Seller reserves the right to use internet tools such as Google Analytics for the purpose of tracking the number of page views.
Every Customer has the right to access their data, rectify, delete or restrict processing, the right to object, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Customers’ personal data is treated as confidential, secured against unauthorized access and is not shared with third parties. It may be transferred to InPost S.A. and Packeta solely for the purpose of order fulfillment.
Customers who have consented to receiving offers by email may remove their email address from the mailing list by replying to the Newsletter with the message: “I do not consent to receiving Newsletter messages.”
Customers’ personal data is processed using WordPress software with the WooCommerce plugin. Data is stored on OVHcloud servers (OVH Sp. z o.o., ul. Swobodna 1, 50-088 Wroclaw).
Deletion of a Customer’s personal data may occur as a result of withdrawal of consent or submission of a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data.
In specific situations provided for by Polish law, personal data may be disclosed to state institutions and authorities.
The Seller reserves the right to process Customers’ personal data after withdrawal of consent solely to the extent necessary for pursuing potential claims before a court, or if national, EU or international law obliges the Seller to retain the data.
§2 COOKIES
Cookies are pieces of information stored on the user’s device by websites they visit. Cookies do not cause any configuration changes to Users’ devices.
By allowing the browser to save cookies on their device, the Customer consents to their processing.
Customers visiting the online Shop may prevent cookies from being saved on their devices or permanently delete already saved cookies by modifying their browser settings.
We process cookies for two reasons:
1. Technical cookies are necessary for the proper functioning of the Service. Deleting or rejecting them may cause irregularities in the Shop’s operation.
2. We analyze anonymized information about the use of the Service in order to improve it and adapt it to the needs of Users.
§3 FINAL PROVISIONS
The Seller’s website may contain links and references to other websites. The Seller is not responsible for the privacy policies applicable on those websites.
